Career

I began my career managing Windows Server infrastructure, where serving as a solo IT professional instilled in me a deep sense of resourcefulness and self-sufficiency from day one. This foundational experience taught me to maintain critical services—from file servers to network connectivity—with minimal supervision.

As I progressed into Technical Support and eventually Team Lead roles, I transitioned from individual problem-solving to strategic leadership. I specialized in mentoring teammates, serving as a technical escalation point, and mastering Identity and Access Management (IAM). In these roles, I developed a 'security-first' mindset, ensuring data integrity while collaborating across diverse global teams.

As a System Administrator, I held end-to-end responsibility for the entire IT infrastructure, ensuring continuous availability of all critical services. This role allowed me to fully leverage my technical expertise in advanced troubleshooting, device setup, and robust system security.

My career then led me to a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment, where I rapidly expanded my skillset to include modern cloud technologies and enterprise security tools. This experience provided invaluable insight into MSP operations and best practices for managing diverse client IT ecosystems efficiently and securely.
